When enabled, changing an order status to "Confirmed" will automatically call the AMEX API, create the consignment note and assign the tracking number without manual clicks.

AMEX Inbound Webhook URL

Configure this callback URL in your AMEX carrier portal to receive real-time updates (Picked Up, In Transit, Delivered, Returned):

Automated Workflow

Client places order on Terfawi Shop.
Admin clicks "Confirm Order".
System pushes payload to AMEX API.
AMEX creates consignment & returns tracking ID (e.g. AMX...).
Order status advances to "Sent to Delivery".
Webhook tracks delivery; on "Delivered", affiliate commission is automatically validated!
